Abstract


With the in-depth study and practice of national researchers lean production , lean production as scientific production management system has been globally recognized . How the introduction of lean production enterprises, improve operational efficiency , reduce costs , thereby enhancing the status of the enterprise has become the urgent problem of China's enterprises . Papers in the study and summarize the lean production on the basis of domestic and foreign research and application situation of the content of lean production , characteristics ; compare the characteristics and ideas of lean manufacturing and mass production , systematic exposition of the theoretical framework of lean production means and methods of its implementation . Lean production theory in Hunan Yuan Heng Technology Development Co., Ltd. Application .
