Focusing on the risk of margin transaction' dissertation">margin transaction,this paper,from the perspective of comparison method,analyzes and explores the experience of risk control by law in United States,Japan,Taiwan,England and Hongkong,especially the United States,Japan and Taiwan. At the same time,the paper on the basis of deeply analyzing the risk of margin transaction,educes legal value orientation of risk control with margin transaction by law,gives empirical study,and then draws lessons from foreign experience to advance framework of risk control with margin transaction by law in China. In accordance with logic system discussed,this paper comprises four chapters,the abstracts of which are as follows:Chapter One is mainly from a theoretical perspective and a broad definition to explain the definition of margin transaction,function,legal operation mechanism,legal relationship and analyzes risk theory. Chapter Two,from the perspective theory,analyzes legal value orientation of risk control with margin transaction by law,and gives empirical study on the risk control with margin transaction by law.Chapter Three , mainly from comparative perspective , separately researches the experience of risk control with margin transaction by law of main countries,especially the United States,Japan and Taiwan. In the analysis of risk control with margin transaction by law,the author closely tracks the latest theoretical achievements and latest legislative situation,and then obtains understanding and enlightenment.Chapter Four puts forward some perfect suggestions on the risk control with margin transaction by law in China on the basis of Chapter Two and Chapter Three
