Abstract


Since reform and opening, governmental organizations' dissertation">non-governmental organizations (NGO) of China has grown in strength, the development has begun to take shape. That’s very important to establish what kind of relationship between government and NGOs, that’s concern for them. Although compared with the previous, NGOs has been big improved with the government. But in the new situation, there are still many problems should be solved. Therefore, in order to promote the NGO, and the new relationship becomes very valuable and urgent between NGOs and government.In this paper, with China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC) as the example. The paper including four parts:the part one is the research topics; The part two is discusses the relationship between government and NGOs. The part three is discusses the NGOs of the developed countries of western, including the United States, Britain and Germany. The part four is discusses the relationship between CCOIC and government.
