Abstract

In recent years, with the preliminary establishment of the socialist market economy system in China, the social structure and lift style were changed obviously, and there are various kinds of social conflicts appeared during the transition from the planned economy to the market economy. And, the social control function was weakened. Under this background, the unexpected events of the group caused by the contradictions among the people present an increasing trend. Especially, since the 1990s of the 20th century, the number of such events was increasing rapidly. It is the concentrated reflection of various social contradictions and social problems in the crucial stage of the reformation and development in China. Thus, the unexpected events of the group have become a focus to the media, mass and governments in recent years. As a very special social phenomenon in the unexpected events of the group, the "conflicts of non-direct interests" have become the major social problem that impacts on the social stability and economic development.Under such background, viewing the "conflicts of non-direct interests", this article deeply analyzed and researched into the current conflicts of the group, so as to reveal the underlying reasons of such events, seek the root causes, and guide people to understand the deep social causes in the phenomenon of conflicts. This paper also conducted the theoretical analysis on preventions for conflicts of non-direct interests to make a contribution to fully understand and grasp the current status of China’s social contradictions, and to promote the all-around structural reform and interest pattern adjustment, having important practical significance for maintaining the social stability in China.Based on the need for study, the content of this paper is mainly divided into the following seven parts:The first part mainly introduces the background, significance, methods, objectives and innovation of this study, as well as comprehensively analyzes the relevant theories and research findings at home an abroad, so as to determine the "ultimate goal" of this paper;The second part analyzes the connotations and characteristics of the conflicts of non-direct interests, and the nature and impact of such unexpected events of the group; The third part mainly set forth the basic theory for handling unexpected events of the group and discusses the significance of the preventions for conflicts of non-direct interests;The fourth part mainly analyzes the causes of conflicts of non-direct interests and expects to find out the root causes of such social phenomenon;The fifth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for improving the ability to prevent such events, based on the analysis on reasons of such unexpected events and with consideration of actual problems.The sixth part takes the event of "Guizhou Weng’an 6.28" as an example to objectively analyze and demonstrate the performance and reasons of the conflicts of non-direct interests, and then make conclusions, so as to provide reference for the preparation and adjustment of the policies for preventing unexpected events of the group by the government.The final part draws conclusions based on the above parts, and puts forward the issues to be further studied.
