Abstract

Enterprise as a social and economic organization, for profit for the purpose of its operating efficiency and its survival and development is closely related to the social environment. The interests of the community as a business one, providing economic environment and infrastructure, local labor, so that the normal production and business activities of enterprises. Enterprises as part of the community, can not shirk responsibility for all aspects of development of the community. However, the rapid development of Chinese enterprises, exposed many problems, also showed some missing phenomenon in corporate social responsibility to the community. How to make Chinese enterprises to better perform community social responsibility become an urgent problem. The globalization of the world economy has brought the globalization of the corporate social responsibility movement, in this background, the study of Chinese enterprises the status quo of community social responsibility and governance, significant theoretical and practical significance of China's enterprises Community Social Responsibility Research. Business relationship with the community is the two affect each other and interact. The community enterprise upon which the survival and development of the external environment, community to provide enterprises with raw materials and water, electricity and other logistical support, to provide a good living environment for employees, providing sufficient labor resources, adequate spending power and purchasing power, and can become a free advertising medium enterprises; enterprise by providing employment opportunities to community labor, community investment to promote community economic development, improve the community of GDP and other indicators, companies able to adapt to the requirements of the Community Government problem solving community Fenyou. Community social responsibility of enterprises mainly include: pay a variety of taxes to the community government; protect the environment of the community; absorb community labor, to solve community employment; actively participate in community philanthropy. But some of China's enterprises showed a lack of community responsibility phenomenon, mainly for serious tax evasion, lack of environmental responsibility, lack of employment responsibility, charity lack of responsibility. Internal source of community lack of social responsibility include: the nature of the enterprise is the pursuit of profit maximization; sense of corporate social responsibility, lack of sense of responsibility; erroneous concept entrepreneurs, business philosophy behind; internal lack of effective supervision and restraint; employees The quality is not high. External root causes include: lack of corporate social responsibility social pressure of public opinion; community governments lack of effective supervision, promote and support; specialized corporate social responsibility, inadequate laws and regulations. The face of the status quo of China's enterprises lack of community social responsibility, internal governance measures should be taken: enterprises should fulfill the social responsibility of the community as a business development goals; enterprises should nurture and strengthen community awareness of social responsibility; entrepreneurs to improve their moral qualities, to establish the right philosophy; improve staff quality. Governance measures should be taken outside the enterprise: to strengthen corporate social responsibility legislation; Community Government to strengthen law enforcement and regulatory incentives, enterprises; community from all walks of life to strengthen the supervision of the corporate community responsibility.
