Abstract


Since 2000 China entered into the aging society to 2009 entered into the aging period of rapid development, development speed is very fast. The arrival of an aging population and rapid development of China’s future will undoubtedly produce a comprehensive and profound economic and social impact.The core issue of aging population is the elderly’s health problems, at present generally thought the key to solving the problem is to develop community sports.While the community sports service not only an important part of community sports, but also the primary means for community sports. Therefore, this article aims to study the related issues between community aged sports and community sports services. At present,Changsha community sports in general show a good trend, but in community sports services, particularly for the elderly still have many problems.This research utilizes investigation methods of doeument analysis, questionnaire, interview and field study in basic situation of physical training from five iterms of the elderly exercise motivation,content,place,form and guidance in community of Changsha,the results show that:(One) The main motivation for exercise of older people in Changsha Community is to enhance the physical strength and health, social contacts, presenting diverse, but consistent with the physical and psychological characteristics of the elderly;(Two) The elderly mainly participating in sports projects like:walking, martial arts, fitness dance, the mini ball;(Shree) the form is mainly of individual activity and self-organized;(Fore)mainly selected in the community of public places, residential surrounding open space, parks, squares and Yuelu Hill, Xiangjiang River and so on. (Five) The elderly’s level of consumption is very low. Investigate and analysis the basic of the City Community Sports in Changsha from the four constituent elements of the community sports organizations, services, facilities, services, guidance services and information services, research results show that:(One) Changsha Community Sports Management is chaotic,system is imperfect, management staff numbers are inadequate and are less capable of management; Changsha Community Sports organization is diversitify in organizational forms, rich in organizational types, but dominated by self-organization; (Two) Community service for Old Sport in Changsha persent financial and facilities shortage;(Three) The qualifications of elderly Community Sports Instructor in Changsha are generally high,but serious lack of professional sports instructors;(Fore) The community sports propaganda means single, content narrow, can not meet of sports information needs to the old friend.According to the survey results of the analysis and community-based sports-related theoretical knowledge, at basis of further clarify the community meaning and In value community old sports service to purpose of sports services in the old, proposed to complete community sports organization and facilities services,increase the ranks of social sports instructors and training social sports instructors for the elderly,to enhance information dissemination services to meet the needs of the elderly, provide on-site services for the elderly who can not take the initiative to participate in physical activity, in parallel, enhance legal protection recommendations of community sports services.
