Abstract

In this study physical education starting from the family to explore the family impact of sports on children’s growth, so that more families can be a scientific and rational use of family sports and education so that children’s physical activity from childhood to establish awareness, develop physical activity habits, improve various comprehensive capacity to promote healthy and harmonious all-round development will become a social Useful talents.In this paper, literature analysis, interviews, questionnaires, data statistics, logical analysis, case analysis, a small sample pilot interventions and other methods, the meaning of a family sports and their role; Family Sports Impact on the Development of the Children. The results showed that:The family sports, children’s healthy growth of the dominant effects are:promoting good health, enhance physical fitness.On children growing up invisible effects are:promoting children’s mental health; to promote children’s noble character formation; to promote children’s individual psychology of sound and personality of intellectual development; topromote children’s behavior problems improve; to promote children’s various skills (self-supporting and interpersonal, social adjustment, emotional control, etc.) development.
