Abstract


Today , society has entered the era of knowledge economy , the rapid development and intense competition , people 's social life has changed dramatically , the psychological impact and influence of university students are also sharply increased mental health problems have become increasingly significant . Many problems rely on the traditional way of education can not be completely solved, which requires colleges and universities should attach great importance to effectively carry out mental health education, included in the scope of work of the ideological and political education to carry out innovative research and practice in order to adapt to the requirements of the times , effectively address the mental health issues facing college students . Attention and resolve the mental health problems faced by college students , and build students' psychological health education system , is an important issue relates to college students healthy growth of college students taught inevitable requirement . Therefore , our colleges and universities to do the work of the Mental Health Education under the new situation , it is necessary to pay attention to and effectively carry out mental health education , an effective way of efforts to open up the ideological and political education in the new situation . This paper consists of four parts . The first part , the University Mental Health Education Overview . The status of mental health education , mental health education to strengthen ideological and political education , meaning described . The second part of college mental health education , counseling and psychological counseling . College mental health education focuses on psychological counseling and psychological counseling in the form of group counseling , peer counseling , and obstacles consulting . The third part of the psychological effects of psychological identity theories and methods in University Mental Health Education . Mainly discusses how to use the leather Marley Weng effect , boiling effect , the psychological effects of the prestige of the effect , the butterfly effect , connectivity effect type , as well as the psychological identity of self-identity , and others agree that the two basic types of proposed measures to effectively improve the mental health education relevance and effectiveness . The fourth part , from the principle of the established educational guidance and self-adjustment phase to promote the work of mental health education to create good conditions for the smooth development of mental health education of college psychological , strengthen education and management of the mental health aspects of proposed solutions and countermeasures .
