Abstract


Since the 1990s , the world has entered a business boom . A disadvantage relative to mature companies new ventures , new ventures success rate is not high . Entrepreneurial ability is the key to new venture growth factors , more scholars began to focus on the ability of the entrepreneurs . Endogeneity Penrose for business growth theory and capacity theory for us to study the growth of the newly created enterprises bring inspiration , a source of entrepreneurial ability is the enterprise's core competitiveness . Entrepreneurial capabilities for enterprise growth plays a double role , on the one hand, direct role in the performance of the enterprise through its comprehensive ability , on the other hand , entrepreneurs by cultivating organizational capacity , indirectly, to promote the growth of the enterprise , this view has been scholars through empirical validation . Enterprise growth theory mostly of mature enterprises , entrepreneurship research mostly in mature functional management framework . Process point of view in this article from the new ventures to grow the capacity of entrepreneurs , more realistic background . By finishing entrepreneurship literature , this paper has identified the new Startup capacity the six factor and its indicators , the six capacity factor for the opportunity capacity , relationship skills, management ability , commitment , learning ability , innovation ability . This paper reviews the literature on entrepreneurship and business growth , and to define the concept of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship . And analysis of the characteristics of the new ventures and entrepreneurship - related factors on business growth mechanism , the establishment of a new venture entrepreneur ability index system . In this paper, AHP to determine the weight coefficient of entrepreneurship , the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation build entrepreneurial capacity evaluation system . Meanwhile, Wuxi mob as a case study to verify to entrepreneurs the ability to establish a suitable new ventures evaluation system . Entrepreneurship is opportunity -oriented opportunities ability ups entrepreneurs a unique ability , commitment capacity new ventures sustainable power related to the nature of the characteristics of these two unique capabilities and new ventures , new ups growth effect , which is slightly different capacity requirements and mature enterprise entrepreneurs .
