Abstract


With economic globalization trend increasing and the development of information technology,market changes rapidly,and the needs of consumers has beeome increasingly diversified and personalized. Meanwhile, enterprises already suffered cost bottleneck and there was no space for more cut downs.To adapt to new environment and gain competitive edge,management scope changes from internal management to supply chain management to provide cheap and satisfying product to coustomers.Information technology always prompt the development of theories of supply chain management.Along with the development of mobile communication,mobile commerce as a new information technology will becomes a sharp sword to cut down the cost of supply chain.Cost management in supply chains plays a dominant role in supply chain management,and successful cost management in supply chains can increase the profit. This dissertation have a research on cost management in supply chains under the environment of m-commerce with combining the advanced cost management theory and mobile commerce environment.First of all, this dissertation introduces its research background and meaning, meanwhile summarises present research status about supply chain management under e-commerce,mobile supply chain management and cost management in supply chains.The second chapter generally states the related theories about cost management in supply chains and mobile Commerce, also analyses how the mobile commerce influences supply chain. The third chapter researches how to utilise mobile commerce techniques to operate cost management in purchasing,manufacturing and CRM phase,and establish simultaneous cost control systems. The fourth chapter analyses what pre-conditions are needed to support the cost management in supply chains in the environment of mobile commerce. At the last, we choose a supply chain, which has an enterprise as its core, to plan out cost management.
