Abstract


The explosive growth of information resources had brought unprecedented challenges for users’s utilization of information resources.Information visualization provided a new perspective way to utilizing the information resources. This study was on the visualization of information analysis results.In this paper, using literature research methods, bibliometrics, expert consultation summarized common information analysis visualization methods and the workflow used in papers and patents.Some common information analysis visuzlization tools were introduced and compared.Based on these visualization application of information analysis in monoclonal antibody,grasped the development trends, hot topics in the field, while doing a simple evaluation.on presentation effect in information analysis visualization.The first part of the study found that these methods such as word frequency analysis, citation analysis, co-citation analysis, co-word analysis and other bibliometric methods and clustering method,social netword analysis etc. were relatively and closely combined with information analysis visualization. By comparing information analysis visualization tools in scientific papers and patents,provided a basis of information analysis and services in scientific papers and patents.The second part studied the scientific papers and patents in monoclonal antibody using the SCIE and DII databases from the bibliometric and visual approach. And found that the United States played the dominant role in the field,monoclonal antibodies had entered the large-scale industrialization phase, China’s research and development in monoclonal antibody was lag far behind the devoloped countries.Finally, based on the information analysis results of monoclonal antibodies, provieds some suggestions to carry out China’s scientific research in monoclonal antibodies field.Combined with the effect of visualization applications, offers some suggestions about the application of visualization technologies in information analysis.
