Abstract


In recent years, with domestic economic development, market competitions tend to be intensely competitive. If enterprises want to protect against all risks, and defeat rivals, they must construct strategic alliances between the enterprise or business groups. Therefore, the related party trades have occurred frequently in the proportion and its effects are so widespread.As everyone knows the related party transaction is like a double-edged sword. By the use of the related party transactions, enterprises seek illegitimate gains more frequently . With domestic government units emphasize the supervision strength and even use any manner to limit related party trade development. However, facts show that the related party transaction is inevitable. Therefore, the supervision of the related party company becomes a focus of studies .From the basic principle of cash flows, related party transactions, the paper come to disclose relationship of both sides by empirical studies and case studies. By learning from the practical activities for cash flow of control of the research methods of Li bin and Zhangjunrui and the empirical research and analysis of the case of integrating way to get out of hiding in the proposal of the transactions and business activities and cash flow of the complex relationship. Studying the specimen in 2002 to 2007, 2006 and 2009, which come to the new guidelines in 2007 is effective. Proposal of the listed company and trade relations with business activities, cash flow of the system theory research is not on that basis, the writer have put forward his proposals.
