Abstract


Nowadays, with the deepening of economical globalization, enterprises become more and more attention to discover and exert its core capabilities. Outsourcing is used mostly for non-core business the way by the supplier’s core business, outside of products. Thus both sides more focus on specialized management, the more reduce cost, the more conducive to pursue high quality of products, give full play to their advantages, in market competition advantage position. Supply chain management also gradually developed in supply chain management, supplier evaluation is a very important link of evaluation of suppliers. At home and abroad and the research results, but more efficient use of the assessment on supplier quality audit modes of research does not see more.This article, through the way of questionnaire collected in accordance with the company actual situation, thus establishing the data of the supplier quality evaluation of evaluation index and weight, then design in accordance with the company’s supplier quality comprehensive evaluati on process, and to use the evaluation results, will supplier for rating system combined with audit model, a new set of audit system and its main research includes the following aspects:(1) Based on the analytic hierarchy process, design supplier quality synthetic evaluation index system;(2) Design supplier quality comprehensive evaluation process;(3) Combined with the supplier quality comprehensive evaluation system design new audit mode;(4) Case analysis and verifies the effectiveness of the new audit systemThis paper the innovation points include two parts: the first point is the supplier quality evaluation results combined with audit mode, and to establish a new set of audit system; The second point is put forward to evaluate periodically supplier quality, this paper puts forward the method to verify than before and after the effectiveness of the new audit system.
