Abstract

Mixed assembly line has been used in many of today's industry -to-order production is the main mode of operation , the performance of different products / models randomly into the assembly line . A small number of workstations, manual transmission and multi-skilled operatives is its main feature . Job assignment based workstations balancing method , joined the staff scheduling factors , based on future market demand , the lowest number of operatives costs and personnel scheduling ease up to the goal of a mathematical model , the use of heuristic algorithms the model was solved by the existing assembly line rebalancing . First of all, through the normalization processing to simplify the multi-product , multi-model random access characteristics of the assembly line ; Second, job class 2 division : 1) fixed workstation operating with non - fixed workstation operations, defining the Job Assignment adjacent search only in the non-fixed workstations ; 2 ) flexible job and inelastic operations allowed by the change of personnel and mobile flexibility to adjust the operating cycle and thus meet the market beat it possible . Finally, the heuristic balancing algorithm to obtain the optimal operating / staff / service balancing scheme . According to the balancing scheme to further the skills of persons planning to provide a reference for the management of staff capacity system .
