Abstract


With the rapid development of the industrial,The DCS and PLC control systems have been widely used. The PLC in the energy plant of Cold Rolling Mill of Baosteel company, which have been used about 15 years , were upgraded from early 2000,to increase the level of on-site production of automatic control.A large number of control system are applied, because of insufficient knowledge in control system applications, many imperfection in the control system EMC design appeared,Due to the EMI in the control system , the normal supply of energy media to the main production units had to stop, that bringing out a lot of economic losses in the cold rolling mill of baosteel company since 2000.This paper is mainly aimed at to reduce the EMI caused by the lightning current, the impulse current of air compressor motor start-up and TIG Welder, and to improve the electromagnetic compatibility of the control system of the air compressor station , To prevent downtime incidents and Reduce economic in the 2030 unit of cold rolling mill.
