Abstract


Highway industry as the basis for national economic development in contemporary society plays an important role , so we should focus on cost control and continuous road to take new measures to improve the efficiency of cost control . The use of new methods and new ideas and innovate, and according to different projects to take effective measures to solve practical problems. In this paper, highway construction projects , a special study cost control , cost control begins discusses the research background ; secondly on the basis of cost-control theory are discussed ; once again control the domestic and foreign road construction costs and the advantages and disadvantages of the current situation was analyzed argumentation ; afterwards take the whole process of cost analysis methods to differentiate into five stages of an article , a detailed analysis summarizes the reasons for changes in the cost of highway construction and targeted to resolve, the advantage of doing so can be more detailed and accurate and timely grasp cost control ; Finally Dracocephalum analyzed and discussed examples of highway construction cost control system operation and control of each stage . Whole process of cost analysis is a combination of whole and part , the dynamic combination of five stages and makes the overall project cost control throughout the whole , interlocking . Projects should have in the direction of the use of the whole process of cost , so that large-scale, long construction period , the cost of the project can be changed more effective , standardized , and procedures of the solution .
