Abstract


Sichuan H shares traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in October 1997 , July 2009 Sichuan A shares in the Shanghai Stock Exchange . Sichuan Expressway Company Limited referred to as Sichuan , the use of the acronym . Sichuan development has been a state-owned holding net assets of $ 73 billion in large-scale infrastructure like group of companies . Nearly three years , the company strengthen the effectiveness of standardized management and meticulous management , the company's net profit is a clear upward trend . But on issues of the Sichuan sustainable development , but also the lack of systematic research . The highway toll period the contradiction between the finite and capital sustainability Sichuan urgent problems to be solved .
