Abstract


Linux domestic market after ten years of development , has been relatively mature . Various information technology industry, there is a huge potential demand for the Linux operating system , the industry as a whole was a high-speed and stable development trend . However , the industry is very competitive , especially domestic Linux vendors face the enormous challenges of survival and development . Red Flag as one of the Linux operating system provides manufacturers with other Linux vendors , facing product homogeneity serious lack of technological innovation , the shortage of funds , lack of marketing the stagflation and strategic planning problems . After a decade of development , the Red Flag , has become the largest Linux system suppliers , but in the current competitive environment for Linux analysis, Red Flag is facing strong challenges from Linux vendors at home and abroad , facing a competitive environment is not optimistic strategic environment is facing a period of adjustment . This article through the external macro- environment of the Red Flag , in view of environmental analysis and SWOT analysis model to identify the opportunities and threats faced by the company's strengths, weaknesses , and the company , to work out the overall development for the Red Flag strategy. Strategic research of the Red Flag , in fact, has been related to the survival and development of Red Flag Red Flag Development Strategy formulation and implementation , but also have a certain reference significance and application value . The results of this research domestic Linux vendors , as well as other similar domestic high-tech enterprise some practice reference value .
