Abstract


With the continuous development of market economy and the local construction companies to phase out protection policy, the construction business is becoming more competitive, the average profits begin to decline. Facing such a severe market conditions, This is the only way that strengthen the construction cost of enterprise project management, improve the level of project management, strengthen economic accounting, efforts to control costs; Under the premise of acceptable quality, lowing cost and shorting construction period are very important to enhance the project’s economic benefits.The level of Gansu A construction company is comparative specifications in project cost management of construction industries. In the 41 company-owned branches,All have been unified financial management model. They have project cost management system relevant on the objective conditions of A construction company. However, there are many branches of the project cost management belong to extensive management, effective management is rather poor, very good cost control. Therefore, To do improvement research with a certain degree, It is Gansu A construction company as a typical object of study for the project cost management of construction companies in this article.This paper first analysis domestic and international research situation on project cost management, and brief project management and construction cost management project based on the basic theory. By actual survey and examples contacting theory practical, qualitative and quantitative combined study method, A construction company management status of the project cost analysis, and project cost management to seize the key link, key in Gansu A construction company in the implementation of the project cost management. achieved and problems of doing in-depth analysis and discussed; Secondly, combined with knowledge of project cost management and financial management expertise,It will propose improving strategies targeted project costs such as project cost estimation, project cost control, project cost accounting, project cost analysis and evaluation of several major aspect of cost management. This is helpful to change the status that A construction company is low profit margins.It will help the the company to improve the level of project cost management. It alse help A construction company to maintain its long-standing dominant player in the construction industry in Gansu province’s brand image.
