Abstract


As a rapid developing industry for tens of years, mobile industry now is competitive in global market. Many local companies’Bankruptcy, Motorola’s silence for many years and Nokia’s profit decreasing sharply indicate that the mobile industry is full of risks. Risk management for mobile phone development in many companies is not part of project management. The lack of risk management knowledge leads to mis-understand the risks of the project and also do the wrong actions to solve the problems.In this thesis, risk factors for the project of mobile phone development are analyzed and also the significance of various factors on the impact of the project with AHP. Then evaluate the risk by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to get an overview of project risk. And the actions can be done accordingly.
