" The rise of leisure agriculture has an important meaning for the construction of new socialist countryside. Leisure agriculture also has some positive effects in the new rural economy and can break the boundaries of existing industries, integrate agriculture and tertiary industry, and fully rely on fisheries resources in forestry, animal husbandry, rural countryside, folklore and cultural resources, promote rural breeding industry, agricultural products processing industry, tourism, catering and other related industries, optimizing the economic structure in rural areas; It also can increase the consumption of urban residents in rural areas, establish a development model in which city can drive rural development, so that farmers can fully share the results of urbanization. During the development of leisure agriculture, urban civilization and the rural civilization make a mutual promotion, is propitious to improve the overall quality of rural residents. On the other hand, the development of leisure agriculture will make urban renovation, infrastructure construction and ecological environment have a great progress, which can promote ecological and economic resources, saving and environment-friendly society and construction of ecological civilization. In this paper, based on comprehensive analysis of leisure agriculture of Kaifu district, explore theoretically and practically the development of suburban leisure agriculture, in order to accelerate the process of building new countryside.
