Abstract


Urbanization is the current problem of landless peasants a hot issue of social concern , it is directly related to China's economic and social stability and building a harmonious society and the improvement of China's market economy system . Along with economic and social development as well as urbanization progresses, a growing number of landless peasants , society brought increasing pressure . Farmers lost their land , there is no guarantee , did not rely on , hovering at the edge of the city , becoming landless farm employment without hillock , guaranteeing that no copies of the \They are China 's most vulnerable , the most insecure and most marginalized groups , has become an important factor of social stability . Therefore, to solve the problem of landless peasants is to promote social harmony and building a moderately prosperous society prerequisite. Existence of landless peasants , many issues such as the income of peasants reducing rather than increasing ; employment rate ; landless peasants face blank social security system and so on. In response to these problems , we propose countermeasures , divided into four parts: the first part of our existing land and land expropriation system reform and improvement ; second part of the market mechanism to play a fundamental role in establishing land bidding, auction system ; third part , as soon as possible and improve various supporting systems ; fourth part , and improve laws and regulations .
