Abstract


Ningxia Border Region the rural mutual cooperation movement is an important measure of economic development , and security of supply . The Border Region Mutual Aid and Cooperation in 1942 is basically in the development stage of spontaneous labor mutual assistance and cooperation to the mutual cooperation in the form of the original folk mostly cooperatives emphasis on the consumer . 1942 Border Region senior cadres will indicate the the Southern District cooperatives direction with the principle of public office to help the Border Region Mutual Aid and Cooperation flourish , generally organized labor , cooperatives changed the situation mainly to the consumer , to contain the production , transport , credit comprehensive direction of sexual cooperatives . Agricultural labor mutual aid in the Border Region Mutual Aid and Cooperation in the development process , and achieved remarkable results ; types of cooperatives to become an important form of organize the masses , is the individual economy toward a new democratic collective economic development on the road most appropriate in the border region regional situation . Ningxia Border Region rural mutual cooperation movement plays an important role in economic construction in the border region has effectively promoted the development of various undertakings of the border area , has made important contributions to seize the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation , democratic economic construction the successful practice , after the founding of the agricultural co-operation has accumulated valuable experience .
