Abstract


“Three Rural”is China’s basic economic and social problems. solving the“Three Rural”issue is to increase the incomes of farmers,and one of the most effective measures to increase incomes of the migrant workers is to promote the effective flow of them. This paper regards the flow of migrant workers as the research object in Jingning County, Gansu Province. And it analyzes the reasons, features and effects by selecting examples, and explore effective new way to promote the flow of migrant workers in Jingning County.Firstly, the paper analyzes the current situation of the flow of migrant workers in Jingning County;Secondly,the paper analyzes deeply the problems,causes and characteristics about the flow of migrant workers in Jingning County;Again,the paper focuses on the effects produced on the local economic and social by the flow of migrant workers in Jingning County,including positive effects and negative effects;Finally,based on these studies,the paper analyzes the efficient measures about the movement of migrant workers in Jingning County.This article is divided into five parts;(1) The stiuation about the flow of migrant workers in Jingning County,Gansu Province;(2) The causes and characteristics about the flow of migrant workers in Jingning County,Gansu Province;(3) The problemes about the flow of migrant workers in Jingning County,Gansu Province;(4) The effects about the flow of migrant workers in Jingning County,Gansu Province;(5) The relevant effective measures to promote the flow of migrant workers in Jingning County Gansu Province。
