Abstract


Today , economic development is increasingly more performance for science and technology, competition , innovation has become the era of the knowledge-based economy characterized . Independent innovation is the most important factor of economic development , plays a pivotal role in the economic development of a country , how to effectively promote regional independent innovation, improve the regional innovation capacity has become a national strategic development needs . Recent years , Chongqing independent innovation system achieved great results , but the the Chongqing advantage and has not been fully exploited , there are still relatively weak knowledge creation , technological innovation capability of enterprises , regional innovation performance is not strong , and technological innovation environment has yet to be improved . In this paper, through the establishment of evaluation index system , using data envelopment analysis to study the input and output capabilities of the nine cities of Chongqing , Beijing and other enterprises , Chongqing and its surrounding areas , as well as developed areas compared to measure the efficiency of technological innovation ; same time Chongqing 's industrial division classified technological innovation efficiency comparison between the major industries , further elaborated the status of independent innovation of Chongqing empirical results . Then variable model of this paper, the empirical study of Chongqing Technology the multiplier and industrialization multiplier deeper level of Chongqing regional independent innovation on further research , the results show that the the Chongqing region 's technology formation and transformation of results is not high . Further study of government subsidy incentives based on business results into decision-making reference for the government in the promotion of scientific and technological achievements of Chongqing Finally, this paper gives policy recommendations to enhance the capability of independent innovation of Chongqing .
