Abstract


In modern science and technology to lead and promote the human society is undergoing rapid evolution from an industrial society to a knowledge society , innovation has become intrinsic motivation and a decisive factor for urban development . As a product of urban development of knowledge-based , innovation-oriented city into a new urban development concepts and models . In building an innovative national strategy , the country has more than 200 of the city to build a high level of innovation-oriented city . Theoretical framework and strategic way to study and explore innovative city with Chinese characteristics , and has great practical significance and significance .
