Abstract


With the continuous development of economic globalization, outsourcing has become a new trend in supply chain services gradually become the product supply chain after a research hotspot. Logistics Service Supply Chain as a service supply chain is important in today's logistics industry development trend. An integrated logistics service supply chain logistics service providers as the core, through the integration of functional logistics service providers, to achieve the optimal allocation of resources, services, and ultimately for the logistics demand side to provide personalized, high-quality integrated logistics services. Relative to developed countries, China's logistics development is lagging behind. Faced with an unprecedented foreign logistics enterprises competitive pressures, how to achieve supply chain logistics service quality, low cost construction and operation are the key issues currently facing the world. Quality cost management and cost control as the quality of the cross-cutting areas, and its role has been extensively validated at home and abroad.
