Abstract


Papers on the theme of energy management contract (EPC) in the field of low-carbon buildings a more systematic study . Papers discussing the definition and connotation of low-carbon buildings , the significance of the development of low-carbon building global low carbon building market opportunity , China 's low-carbon buildings policy and market environment , China's low-carbon building practices and foreign low-carbon building development experience in a few a level of analysis, the low-carbon construction financing obstacles , the urgency of China 's development and further promote the existing technology bottleneck . Therefore , the article attempts to introduce the contract energy management mechanism to solve the existing obstacles in the development of low-carbon buildings in a market-oriented mode . Applied study of contract energy management in low-carbon buildings , the paper first elaborated the concept of energy management contract development status at home and abroad on the basis of contract energy management in the market for low-carbon building applications , technology and economic analysis feasibility. Feasible in all three areas under the premise of the thesis framework of the operation of the low-carbon construction EPC project process and project game , including the game between the relevant participating subjects , the energy-saving mode selection game , the short-term benefits and long-term interests of the game between different technologies and between different building game . Pointed out that the institutional barriers to the implementation of EPC projects , financing obstacles and risky . Finally, EPC applications in the field of low-carbon construction financing and risk issues . Financing obstacles , the paper first comparative analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the general the EPC financing channels of a brief introduction of our first contract energy management investment trading platform , learn from foreign advanced EPC financing model experience and on the basis of comprehensive consideration of China's specific national conditions , build a new financing model . Control EPC project risk , the paper the identification and classification of risk factors , and risk control recommendations are given from the point of view of the energy services company .
