Abstract


Objective: To investigate dental dressing surgical clinical application . Methods: 10 cases of clinical cases , preoperative shooting X-ray analysis of the cases . Be retained root root canal treatment and periodontal treatment . Need for the periodontal lesions teeth after basic treatment for 6 weeks to decide whether to carry out a root surgery or tooth hemisection , according to the basic treatment efficacy ; observed for the periodontal lesions teeth after root canal filling without discomfort a week clinical symptoms underwent sub- root surgery or dental hemisection . The split-root be observed after 6-8 weeks until the local tissue healing viable fixed prosthesis : half-cut teeth need to observe the three months to be tooth extraction wound healing underwent fixed prosthesis . Repair the remaining teeth need to meet the following criteria : (1) loose more than I degree , x -ray showed alveolar bone resorption no more than 1/2 of the root length . ( 2 ) root length gt ; 7mm , crown stump at the gingival on 2mm . (3) probing without periodontal pockets , normal color of gums , easy bleeding on probing . (4) periapical lesions reduce or cure . Produced according to the remaining teeth and adjacent teeth fixed prosthesis . Results: In 10 cases collected , five cases of penetrating furcation involvement or severe pulp floor mesial and distal alveolar bone there is sufficient height line tooth hemisection ; 5 cases due to root fracture , furcation involvement and a root involvement line tooth hemisection . After operation according to the different circumstances of the teeth and adjacent teeth fixed restorative treatment . 10 cases , only one case alone repair , and the remaining nine cases with adjacent teeth bioremediation . Production of single crown in 2 cases, single-ended fixed bridge , fixed bridge , Lianguan 4 cases. Repair prosthesis retention good chewing function , and patient comfort . Conclusion: tooth trimming surgery should be strictly controlled in the application of clinical indications , the teeth root canal treatment and periodontal treatment , postoperative according to the specific circumstances of the teeth and adjacent teeth to give a reasonable repair design a good clinical effect .
