Objective: To compare different substrate materials and the shear strength of veneering porcelain for repair clinical select different ceramic restorations basis to improve the service life of ceramic restorations. Materials and Methods: the application of a special mold making wax-type of the base test piece 60, a diameter of 6mm, 8mm. Production requirements according to the various substrate materials manufacturers, respectively, to produce a nickel-chromium alloy (Ni-Cr alloy), a cobalt-chromium alloy (Co-Cr alloy), gold-palladium alloy (Au-Pd alloy), mixing the gold-palladium alloy (mixed Au-Pd alloy ), die-cast porcelain and zirconia substrate specimen ten turn denoted by 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 group. Mixed Au-Pd alloy group as the ratio of 1/3 of recycling old metal added to the experimental specimen, said your mixed group. Heap at the end of the experimental specimen porcelain, respectively sintering opaque porcelain and body porcelain, and in strict accordance with the manufacturer's recommended procedures sintering, and the total thickness of the ceramic layer control 2mm ± 0.01mm. The use of special molds loaded to shear fracture the experimental test piece was placed in a universal testing machine, and the loading speed of 0.5mm/min. The shear strength of the experimental specimen univariate analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA) Dunnett's T3 test and two independent samples t-test (Independent Sample t Test). The results: the six ceramic restorations body shear strength were: 51.56 ± 8.93Mpa (Au-Pd alloy), 45.61 ± 3.11Mpa (Ni-Cr alloy), 37.12 ± 4.08Mpa (Co-Cr alloy), 36.07 ± 5.42 Mpa (the expensive mixed group), 31.52 ± 7.45Mpa (zirconium oxide), 29.62 ± 9.97Mpa (die-cast porcelain). Single-factor analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA) different metal alloy substrate material and the veneering porcelain shear strength difference was statistically significant (p lt; 0.0001). Dunnett's T3 test and the results show that two independent samples t-test (Independent Sample t Test) measured the difference was not statistically significant (p gt; 0.05) in the six groups of experimental samples of Ni-Cr alloy and Au-Pd alloy group differences were statistically significant (p lt; 0.05) and the remaining four groups of materials, the difference between the Co-Cr alloy, expensive mixed group and zirconia was not statistically significant (p gt; 0.05), your mixed group, die-cast porcelain and no statistically significant difference between the zirconia (p gt; 0.05), the difference was statistically significant (p lt; 0.05) between the Co-Cr alloy die-cast porcelain group. Conclusion: different base material and the shear strength of veneering porcelain differences. The shear bond strength of the experiment all experimental specimen can achieve the requirements of clinical applications. Au-Pd alloy and Ni-Cr alloy with veneered binding force.
