Abstract

Objective : The three-dimensional finite element analysis method , compare different binder on the front teeth of post crown repair the size and distribution of the the residual dentin bonding layer of stress way , reasonable choice of adhesive material for clinical theory basis , thereby improving the life of the prosthesis . Methods: Thin-section CT scans , combined with the the MIMICS software and ANSYS software to create three - dimensional finite element model of maxillary central incisors post and core crown . The model consists of all-ceramic crowns , seven parts of the pile nuclear , remaining dentin adhesive , periodontal ligament , alveolar bone and gutta-percha . Grouped according to the different binder , to simulate clinically normal load , respectively , the Von Mises stress observed in each experimental group remaining dentin bonding layer interface , the peak stress and stress distribution of the maximum principal stress (S1) . Results: 1. Certain load , the stress of the residual dentine with the adhesive modulus of elasticity increases and decreases, the amplitude of the reduced is about 1% , the Von Mises stress is mainly concentrated in the lip with lateral roots neck 1/ 3 maximum principal stress (S1) is mainly concentrated in the tongue the lateral roots neck 1 / 3 . 2 under a certain load , the stress of the adhesive layer with the adhesive modulus of elasticity increases , increases, increasing the amplitude of 110% or more ; increases with the increase of the elastic modulus of pile of nuclear material which the increased amplitude of 50% or more . The scope of the high stress area is increased as the binder modulus of elasticity increases . Conclusion: 1. Binder changes of the elastic modulus of the remaining dentin stress had no significant impact. Bonding layer of stress increases as the binder and piles of nuclear material elastic modulus increases . Therefore , choose a low modulus of elasticity of the binder and the pile of nuclear material on the protection pile bonding interface is favorable . 3 the tongue lateral root neck 1 / 3 is most likely to occur root fracture site . Clinically during root canal preparation should as far as possible to the near and far in the expansion and keep the tongue side of the tooth structure , reducing the risk of root fracture occurred . 4 . Should be kept to a minimum when the pile of bonded nickel-chromium alloy with zinc phosphate binder .
