Abstract


Water resources are kind of resources which cannot be substituted for the survival and development of human rely on. They are the important substance bases of social sustainable development of economy and the essential factor of maintaining ecological environment. But some problems related to water resources are caused by the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization in China. On one hand, due to the high density of population and economic activity, construction extension, water tight areas increase, the disasters which caused by the rainstorm and runoff of city are serious; On the other hand, fresh water resources of city are deficient, the new water supply sources has to be found urgently. The rainwater resources after the simply treated, a kind of water resource with light pollution and less pollutant, could be used as domestic and industrial water. Thus it will be the effective way to increase the amount of utilized rainwater.This paper put forward a way to combine the rainwater-collection-storage and landscape design. By investigation on lots of domestic and foreign literature, combined with the actual situation of M university, and after analysis and discussion the necessity and feasibility of rainwater collection, the concrete measures of the method include several factors, such as scientific management of rainwater, the direct use of surface rainwater and indirect use of infiltration design, reasonable planning of eco-campus, change the aquatic environment of campus.The main study of this paper is devided into several parts. The first part is collecting and monitoring the water quality of the nature rainwater and underlying surface water. In this way, people can find that the water quality of rainwater runoff is poor. But the pollutant concentration will decreases rapidly after few times rainwater erosion. In the late periods of precipitation, the water quality of rain from roofs and roads will get better. In the research, we find the time of 5-8 minutes’collection water in early stage of rain can be taken as early abandon rainfall.This paper combined basic situation of campus water environment with climate condition of Tianjin. The combine can help people to determine the location and supply capacity of potential water sources. In addition, this paper showed that the supply quantity of campus water recourse is larger than requirement of landscape water. Then, the paper presented a general scheme of configuration the campus water resources. The scheme is to supply some reuse water in dry season and not to supply in wet season.This paper shows a utilization scheme of campus rain, according to the natural geographical of new campus and the methods of rain collection. Besides the scheme, the paper also shows treatment process and measures. These studies could help people to research the technology of water quality maintenance of campus landscape water.
