Postherpetic neuralgia and explore factors related to the degree of pain. 2 Methods 50 patients diagnosed with poison damaged envelope stasis postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into Jieduhuayu Tongluo cobamamide treatment group and the control group, 25 patients in each group, 4 weeks , respectively, before treatment, after 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment, observe and record clinical symptom scores, visual analog scale of pain intensity evaluation of patients, the treatment before and 4 weeks after treatment, patients assessed the ability to work or housework and the quality of sleep recovery, after 4 weeks of treatment to determine efficacy. A retrospective analysis of 50 patients gender, age at onset of acute herpes zoster and postherpetic neuralgia diseased parts and after pre-treatment of pain in this correlation. Application of SPSS 13.0 statistical software for data processing of the results, draw relevant conclusions. 3 Results 3.1 Jieduhuayu Tongluo treatment group 25 cases, 4 cases were cured, 14 cases markedly effective in 7 cases, 0, total efficiency of 72.00%; cobamamide control group, 25 cases were cured two cases were cured, 9 cases, effective in 11 cases, 3 cases, the total efficiency of 44.00%. The statistical comparison, there are significant differences (P lt; 0.05). 3.2 improvement in clinical symptoms, after treatment compared with before treatment were significantly different (P lt; 0.05), while the degree of improvement after treatment syndromes treatment group than the control group, the difference was significant (P lt; 0.05). 3.3 After treatment, the treatment group and the control groups VAS scores were significantly reduced compared with before treatment (P lt; 0.05), especially in the treatment group was significantly decreased level, the two groups were significantly different (P lt; 0.05). 3.4 treatment group and the control group after treatment, the ability to work or housework score before treatment were significantly higher than in the treatment group the ability to work or housework degree of improvement was significantly higher, the difference was significant (P lt; 0.05). 3.5 After the treatment group and the control groups AIS score were significantly improved compared with before treatment (P lt; 0.05), while the treatment group, the degree of improvement of sleep quality was significantly better than the control group, two groups were significantly different (P lt ; 0.05) 3.6 In this study, patients with postherpetic neuralgia pain with sex, age at onset of acute herpes zoster and diseased parts no significant correlation (P gt; 0.05). 4 Conclusion drug treatment were damaged envelope stasis postherpetic neuralgia, Jieduhuayu Tongluo treatment group after treatment scores were efficient and superior cobamamide control group. Jieduhuayu Treatment of poison damage tongluo contact stasis postherpetic neuralgia effective, can be a greater degree of pain relief, significant improvement in patient symptoms, improve patients' quality of life.
