Abstract


Oxytropis myriophylla (Pall.) DC. is dry part of Oxytropis myriophylla (Pall.) DC. Mongolian medicine is commonly used.Taste is bitter、sweet、nature are cold. It is provided with the effect of heat clearing、dry dampness、wound healing、complex pulse hemostasis、detumescence、soft stool.The Mongolian medicine Oxytropis myriophylla (Pall.) DC. can cure pestilence, inflammation,trauma ,crampes,haematemesis etc. ,symptoms. Department of Health medicines and chemical reagents standard. The medicine fascicule collects Mongol nationality be loaded with.Oxytropis myriophylla (Pall.) DC. is Mongolian medicine,the research of chemical composition and pharmacology studies the aspect news report seldom. At present Chemical composition on report is Translation of selected passagesfrom Fanli etc.have 5 terpenoids glucoside.at the sam time Licuiling got 6 composition ,the chemical including one iso-flavane、one cinnamide、two flavoncids ,one chaclone .In according to condition that the document reports,make use of the method that solvent extraction,is use of column packing ,such as Sephadex LH-20,polyamide,etc.Make use of column packing separated seven compounds ,based on IH-NMR and 13C-NMR、MS measures, The major constituents areas follow :4ˊ- hydroxy -2′-methoxy chalcone;phenethyl cinnamide;2ˊ- hydroxy -4ˊ-methoxy chalcone; (-)-7-hydroxy-dihydroflavone.The two compounds is isolated at firstly including of 2ˊ- hydroxy -4ˊ-methoxy chalcone and (-)-7-hydroxy-dihydroflavone.,According to the need that medicine studies conveniently preclinical established a methods of control the quality of Duoye jidou extract.The compounds of 4ˊ- hydroxy -2′-methoxy chalcone were selected as the index component by HPLC. The first step having been in progress studies.The result of detemination 4ˊ- hydroxy -2′-methoxy chalcone is 0.96mg.g-1 in Oxytropis myriophylla (Pall.) DC extract.The methods of detemination is simple,fa st,accurate,reproducible and call be used for Oxytropis myriophyIlae extract in the determination.Oxytropis contains flavonclone compounds ,The flavonclone had antibacterial activity.Iorder to researching of Oxytropis myriophylla (Pall.) DC extract antibacterial activity and appliy to new drug researach.The article preliminary established the method of Levofloxacin as positive control drug, researach the phenethyl cinnamide、4ˊ- hydroxy -2′-methoxy chalcone、Oxytropis myriophylla (Pall.) DC extract of antibacterial activity. The results showed that Oxytropis myriophylla (Pall.) DC extract and 4ˊ- hydroxy -2′-methoxy chalcone including phenethyl cinnamide had the similar antibiosis activity equally ,the antibacterial activiy of them is weak in against Enterococcus faecalis. Test results shows that is applied to for activity in vivo activity chooses provide the new basis clinically.
