Objective:To study the QianLieShuTong Capsules Chinese medicine preparation treatment of male immune infertility, anti-sperm antibodies (AsAb) positive clinical effect, clinical use of Chinese medicine for the treatment of male immune infertility to provide an effective method.Methods:The outpatient routine testing in patients with infertility semen analysis, AsAb, the selected AsAb positive and met the inclusion criteria of 120 infertile patients, made it clear to the patients condition in detail, in the case of their consent to treatment will be divided into two treatment group (all 40) and a control group (40 persons). Be treated separately,2 months for a course of treatment, after a course of therapeutic effect, AsAb still positive to the next cycle. The total course of treatment for 6 months. A. Treatment group 1:The QianLieshuTong Capsules treatment. QianLieshuTong Capsule 1.2g/times, tid. B. Treatment group 2:Using the QianLieshuTong Capsules combined treatment with low dose prednisone. Oral QianLieshuTong Capsules 1.2g/time, tid; prednisone tablets,5mg/time, bid. C. Control group:oral prednisone tablets,5mg/time, bid. AsAb negative, semen quality index (liquefaction time, survival rate, density) changes were observed. The results were analyzed with SPSS13.0, t test with measurement data,χ2test with count data.Results:The treatment group efficiency 90.00%, control group, low dose prednisone group efficiency 72.50%, the treatment group compared with the control group were significantly different (P<0.01). Treatment group before and after sperm liquefaction time, sperm density and sperm motility compared, the differences were highly significant (P<0.01), while the control group before and after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant. After treatment, the difference between semen indices were very significant (P<0.01). Treatment group 1 negative rate was 87.50%in treatment group 2 negative rate of 92.50%, no difference between the two treatment groups was significant.Conclusion:The QianLieShuTong capsule marked effect of immune infertility.
