Abstract


Objective: Breast milk is recognized worldwide as the most suitable baby food is conducive to the healthy growth of the baby, is an important measure to ensure the advancement of the quality of the population. The breastfeeding infant feeding patterns, the World Health Organization (WHO) to promote to the world and its advantages have been recognized around the world. Breast milk provided to infants is the most complete nutrition and antibodies of the immune function; breastfeeding save money, reduce pollution, no packaging; breastfed infants suffering fewer serious infectious diseases and allergic diseases, mild symptoms: also benefit many mothers during breastfeeding process. But with the arrival of the baby boom after 80 breastfeeding piece of \The breastfeeding success must have plenty of milk. Lactating mothers psychological conditions directly affect the generation and discharge of milk. Lactating women encounter various difficulties with mental stress, inhibition of milk secretion, leading to a decline in breastfeeding rates. This study was designed through a questionnaire survey of 240 cases of maternal breastfeeding situation, and understand the social and psychological factors affecting breastfeeding. Provide a theoretical basis for targeted giving maternal psychological guidance and support to improve breastfeeding rates: Select 2009.3-2009.10 postpartum follow-up in 240 cases, Shanxi Medical University hospital maternity ward term delivery of maternal and , a self-designed questionnaire, the of maternal questionnaire survey to collect relevant information, using SPSS13.0 software and SAS8.0 software, the use of statistical methods for data analysis. Results: 1.240 maternal exclusive breastfeeding rate was 50.42%; partially breastfeeding rate was 43.33%; artificial feeding was 6.25%: 2. Single factor analysis showed that: occupation, whether the mode of delivery affect the views of breastfeeding consciously breast milk whether breast milk nutrition comprehensive view affect sleep views breastfeeding trouble views, breastfeeding, breastfeeding change shape views, conversion maternal role psychological preparation, family members, especially the attitude of the husband of breastfeeding, depression or anxiety, breastfeeding confidence psychosocial factors affect the rate of exclusive breastfeeding; multifactorial analysis results show that: the impact of of breastfeeding confidence in whether exclusive breastfeeding, followed consciously breast milk volume, while the maternal breast milk feeding the view of whether or not to change the shape of exclusive breastfeeding or not less affected. Conclusion: The survey results show that 240 cases of maternal exclusive breastfeeding rate of 50.42%, the required goals compared to the \Occupation, whether the mode of delivery affect the views of breastfeeding, consciously breast milk, breast milk nutrition whether comprehensive view of breastfeeding trouble views, breastfeeding affect sleep views, breastfeeding change the shape or views, maternal role convert psychological preparation, and the family, especially her husband attitude towards breastfeeding, depression or anxiety, breastfeeding confidence, social and psychological factors affect the rate of exclusive breastfeeding, breastfeeding confidence on whether to adopt the way of exclusive breastfeeding, and the next consciously breast milk, and maternal breastfeeding whether to change the shape of the view less impact on exclusive breastfeeding or not. Through positive and effective health education, correct and timely psychological intervention, the norms of social advocacy can further improve the rate of exclusive breastfeeding.
