Abstract

For several dozens years, our country has carried on the higher Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) colleges and universities education which is some scale, obtains glorious triumph.And the brilliant achievements should not be underestimated. But we also must face the grim reality that the famous and innovative doctors who really can master the TCM knowledge are rare. The experience of TCM needs to pass on, but the outstanding senior personnel are very few. The practice tells us, the TCM inheritance needs multi-pattern and improvement. Because of TCM has a strong practical, many academic schools and the unique characteristics determine the irreplaceable role of apprentice education. Government, academia has gradually begun to pay attention to the Apprentice Education in TCM. From the 1990s, the project of The national old Chinese medicine expert academic experience inheritance, which began from the 1990s, played a very good exemplary role. After more than ten years of development, the TCM apprentice education,has gained wide acceptance.This research will focus on the process quality monitoring of apprentice education, to ensure the quality of apprentice education and provide reference.This study uses document analysis, survey interviews, expert interviews, statistical analysis, comprehensive analysis and other scientific methods. Analysis the quality monitoring elements of the TCM apprentice education to discuss how to establish the framework of the. TCM apprentice education process quality monitoring. This paper is divided into three parts:PartⅠ:Literature review. This part introduces the quality monitoring theory in and the project of The national old Chinese medicine expert academic experience inheritance. Moreover, this part analyzes the standard of the teacher how to select the student, the student how to select the teacher, and the inspection measure in apprentice education in ancient China.PartⅡ:Foreword. This part describes the, research background, research object, research methods and technical routes.PartⅢ:The research of the process quality monitoring of TCM apprentice education. First, it analyzes the merit and shortcomings of the existing process monitoring measures. Then, the improved process quality monitoring framework is discussed. At last, a framework for network monitoring platform is proposed to to ensure the implementation of process quality monitoring measures.
