The use of oil-absorbing material is a cost-effective method of governance of marine oil pollution. With the improvement of people's awareness of environmental protection, environmental protection of oil-absorbing materials are also increasingly important. Natural organic oil-absorbing material has the advantages of biodegradable, cheap and renewable, the clay oil absorption material has the advantage of environmental protection, large reserves. In recent years, these two materials received widespread attention, therefore, has important practical significance to study the marine oil pollution control. Class oil-absorbing material of natural organic oil-absorbing material (rushes and oil-absorbing grass) and clay (calcium bentonite) as adsorbent to study the adsorption characteristics of its oil absorption capacity and oil in seawater. First, the study of the adsorption properties of oil-absorbing materials of different viscosity oil (97 # gasoline and 0 # diesel oil, motorcycle oil) and preferential adsorption properties of water and oil; Next, study the adsorption of oil-absorbing materials on the diesel seawater desorption characteristics and its influencing factors, and to investigate the mechanism of adsorption; Finally, by contrast oil-absorbing characteristics of the oil-absorbing material, to determine the use of oil-absorbing material. Through research the following conclusions: (1) With the increase of oil viscosity, rushes, oil-absorbing grass and Oil Absorption of calcium bentonite increases. Rushes for the adsorption of various oil products (97 # gasoline and 0 # diesel oil, motorcycle oil), followed by oil-absorbing grass and calcium bentonite. (2) polar substances (sea water) and non-polar substances (oil contaminants) exist, the adsorption of the oil absorption grass on both selective adsorption (preferential adsorption of oil), the rushes and calcium bentonite both the adsorption of non-selective adsorption. (3) adsorption and desorption kinetics curves of the three oil-absorbing material on the diesel seawater meet the Lagergren pseudo second dynamic model. And with the increase of the initial oil content (0.2ml-0.7ml), the temperature of the reduced (25 ° C, 15 ° C, 5 ° C), salinity increases (20 ‰, 25 ‰, 31 ‰), pH reduction ( 9.48,8.09,6.49) the three adsorbent adsorption capacity of seawater diesel increases. (4) In the oscillation frequency range of the pilot study, the amount of adsorption of the oscillation frequency of rushes little effect. Oscillation frequency 80-130r/min the range, with the increase of the oscillation frequency of the the cooker grass and the oil absorption of the calcium bentonite increases; oscillation frequency is 130-175r/min the range, with the oscillation frequency oil absorption capacity increases the oil absorption grass and calcium bentonite decreases. In the oscillation frequency range of the pilot study, with the desorption amount of the increase of the oscillation frequency of the three adsorbent diesel rise. (5) rushes seawater diesel adsorption process can be used Henry-type adsorption and other temperature-style to describe; Suction grass seawater diesel adsorption process can be used Langmuir and Freundlich temperature formula to describe; calcium bentonite seawater diesel adsorption available Freundlich such as temperature formula to describe. The Thermodynamic Studies show that rushes, calcium bentonite Gibbs free energy change? G lt; 0, entropy change? S lt; 0, enthalpy change? H lt; 0, oil absorption grass Gibbs free energy change? G lt ; 0, entropy change? S gt; 0, enthalpy change? H lt; 0. (6) through on orthogonal optimization test design, test indicators of the impact of environmental factors on the rushes, oil-absorbing grass and calcium bentonite primary and secondary order are: temperature gt; salinity gt; pH value gt; oscillation frequency; salinity gt; temperature gt; pH value gt; oscillation frequency; oscillation frequency gt; temperature gt; pH value gt; salinity. (7) the oil-absorbing effect of the three materials, the use of cost as well as follow-up treatment the degree of difficulty, the oil absorption grass is more practical application advantages and market potential.
