Abstract


This article is from the perspective of civil society and national transformation , analyzes the policy of the U.S. post-war Iraqi civil society to build . The lack of a robust civil society a drag on the process of the transformation of post-war Iraq , has also become one of the important reasons for weak national problem prompted post-war Iraq . Therefore, to build a healthy civil society has become an essential tool for governance of postwar Iraq weak countries in the United States . The absence of the market economic system and the political power dependence is caused by post-war Iraq, the main reason for the lack of a sound civil society . The United States from the market-oriented transformation of the economic and civic organizations to cultivate two aspects of civil society in post-war Iraq . Although these policies of the United States has made some achievements , but for their own strategic interests , U.S. policy has considerable limitations , it is difficult to fundamentally change the the weak countries morphology of post-war Iraq .
