Abstract


With the popularity of China's higher education development, the annual number of university graduates in the rising problem of employment of college students have become increasingly prominent in recent years graduates remuneration downward trend in 2009, more graduates for zero wage employment. Graduates pay as the most direct return on education human capital investment, as the most direct expression of the quality of employment, has increasingly become the focus of attention. Beijing Sports University is to train professionals in physical institution of higher learning, the school more than 50 years since society has trained a large number of sports talent. With the development of sports undertakings in China and the enhancement of people's awareness of fitness, increased market demand sports talent, Beijing Sports University graduates is increasing year by year, graduates pay levels students are most concerned about the problem. Use of literature survey, comparative analysis and interview surveys, analysis of the 2007 session of the Beijing Sports University -2009 session graduates pay status and expected salary. Through research, the following conclusions and recommendations: the first, the employment of college graduates in Beijing Sports University of 07,08 focused on the system of enterprises, universities and sports institutions, civil servants and public sector employees annual income higher than the private sector workers, freelancers ; compared to the 07 th, 08 graduate employment area flows from east to west, in the eastern part of Shanghai, Guangdong and other places of employment of graduates pay levels higher than the western region. Second, just graduated from the Beijing Sports University of 07,08 graduates pay expectations higher than the actual value, the current annual wage income is mainly concentrated in the 2-4 million, slightly higher than the average of all types of graduates. Third, the high expectations of the 09 th part of the employment of graduates of the Beijing Sports University, journalists, civil servants become graduates dream job, graduates monthly salary expectation level is concentrated in the 2001-3000 yuan, higher than the national average of 2008. Fourth, the factors affecting the salaries of graduates employment status, family background, social experience, qualifications, school reputation, personal abilities and social relationships; graduates for their concept of family economic status, psychological expectations and other factors affect the expected salary . Fifth, for the remuneration of the status quo of Beijing Sport University undergraduates, this paper makes the following recommendations: First, graduates should establish a long-term remuneration concept of development, with a good job mentality; Secondly, the school career guidance and career planning courses should be taught, and actively explore career guidance courses in the integration of entrepreneurship education.
