Career planning theory originated from western developed country, its development has a history of more than 100 years, it is introduced into China in the 20th century, the time of the 1920s. But colleges in career planning also through the course of history, present some bumpy, most college students have already put the career planning as required course, in addition, also opened and career planning, business guidance for relevant elective courses, plus the community college life, rich business plan competition, career planning competition, carrier and so on to career planning idea has been deeply in college.But higher education, school education and vocational guidance aspect exists between the bottleneck, it caused a series of problems, such as: the high vocational college entrance examination questions, cognitive volunteer (professional) by college students’ school, blindness, and turned professional problem, employment, etc. At present, the domestic research on the problems of the problem, not a single level above problem as a unified whole systematic research.Today is the information society, the network has been with the rapid development of information technology to our rapid spread of secondary school education career guidance provides technical support. This paper is on the basis of previous studies, the empirical research, using modern information technology, career planning theory of education, to solve the current remote ordinary high school career planning guide teachers lack, career planning of remote education.I am looking forward to my study, on the basis of understanding to let teenagers early career planning theory knowledge, let the students from high schools are established, the initiative of the self conscious ego personality, interest, professional orientation, promote learning and growth of young students.
