Abstract


Emotional flexibility is an important part of mental flexibility . At present, many domestic and foreign research literature on the mental flexibility , but specializes in literature on emotional flexibility and very little . Subscales measuring emotional the most psychological elastic questionnaire , but not yet independent scale on emotional flexibility , and emotional arousal not only wake of unpleasant emotions (fear ) , wake up happy emotions ( joy ). Lacking in mental flexibility scale measuring positive emotions . This study proposes the concept of emotional flexibility and set situational experiments to quantify emotional flexibility , rich emotional elasticity studies , and to set up an experiment scenarios to measure the impact of mental health on the emotional elasticity of high school students in different major events , so that high school students the physical and mental healthy growth. This study interviewed 47 qualitative interviews , and 298 6 × 4 mixing experiments and 3 × 4 mixing experiments , the following conclusions can be drawn : 1 , high school students emotional flexibility include : emotional sensitivity , emotional dynamics , emotional recovery time , emotional variation . The results show that the high school students of different grades in different contexts emotional flexibility exists significant difference . In junior secondary and senior secondary emotions elasticity showed a downward trend , namely: the first day is greater than the first two days of greater than three days ; greater than one is greater than sophomore third year . Emotional flexibility level higher than junior high school students . , Mental health different groups of subjects in different major events emotional elasticity very significant difference in the level of high packet was the highest level of trial emotional flexibility , low packet was the lowest level of the emotions elastic . The subjects of the different mental health groups in different major event each dimension of emotional flexibility there are significant differences . Mental health has a great influence on the level of emotional elasticity .
