Abstract


Optical Coherence Tomography (Optical Coherence Tomography, OCT) is based on the the weak broadband optical coherent interference principle to obtain a high - resolution cross-sectional imaging of tissue microstructure new medical diagnostic technology , it has a high image resolution can biological tissue contact , no damage detection , real-time imaging , etc. , has been widely used in the field of bio - medical testing ophthalmology, dermatology , dental , gastrointestinal and cardiovascular . Inherently high scattering properties due to the characteristics of the detection method of the OCT system and the biological tissue to be detected , making the OCT image there are various kinds of noise , and contrast and low OCT detection ultimately through the obtained image information to be diagnosed , thus improving the OCT imaging The quality is very important . In this thesis, the hardware on the basis of the existing laboratory OCT system , from the point of view of the digital signal and image processing , combining Research OCT image at home and abroad to discuss the OCT image processing technology and theory , mentors the lobe , noise and contrast three sidelobe aspects , research and design for the removal of the signal , the image noise and improve image contrast algorithm and experimental verification of the validity of these algorithms . The main research results and innovations include : 1 . Proposed and implemented gradually iteration of a relationship based on the relative distance of the light source autocorrelation function and sampling data corresponding subtraction algorithm to remove sidelobe OCT system acquires the signal . 2 . Wavelet domain image enhancement using contrast measurement method to enhance the image contrast of OCT . Proposed in wavelet domain image denoising and image enhancement serial complete image enhancement method , the method in the image enhancement of noise to reduce , the follow-up to enhance the implementation of the algorithm can effectively reduce noise at the same time the effect is magnified , and improve the signal-to-noise ratio and regional contrast of the image .
