Abstract


Geographic information services (GIServices) with a loosely-coupled, distributed, cross-platform and on-demand dynamic integration features, is one of the hot spots and trends in the development of geographic information systems (GIS). With many GIS vendors and open source organizations with strong support, GIServices theory and technology continue to develop and mature, the formation of a large number of diverse forms of GIServices. Face huge GIServices collection providers how to make their services more competitive, the user side is how to accurately and efficiently find and found to meet the specific needs of the service, has become the bottleneck constraints GIServices development. In this paper, the analysis represented by the UDDI, and OGC directory service as the GISRC research status and problems based on build and achieve objectives and requirements of the GISRC research to create a set of open and flexible of GIServices registration and discovery mechanism, maximize the the GIServices sharing and interoperability. Firstly, in-depth analysis the basis of GISRC, starting from the theoretical basis and technical framework for Web Services on of GIServices the concept and framework and classification system, comparison and analysis UDDI and OGC Catalog Service (CSW) service registration and discovery technology and the introduction of the concepts and techniques of the subscription push GISRC quality of service management and service. GIServices framework system based on analysis and consumers GISRC with GIServices provide interoperable process, taking into account the factors of service quality and security establish a GISRC architecture and design of a complete set of registration services directory database to support the GIServices classification system dynamic expansion, data services and features services and create detailed metadata storage solutions GISRC user information. Functional sub-module of the service catalog management, service registration and service discovery GISRC logical structure design to formulate the GISRC platform security mechanisms. Again, get and parse multiple services category description document, test calls and service registration, to achieve a unified registered service metadata information RIM coding and proposed GISRC service quality management program, through the creation of a user-oriented GIServices The Quality Factors rights redistribution program listing service quality evaluation formula. Meanwhile, GIServices take the initiative to find based on keywords, data attributes, functional attributes and quality of service constraints such as the discovery method, user evaluation and feedback mechanisms and subscriptions of GISRC registered GIServices and push technology, improve GISRC service discovery efficiency and quality. SOAP-based and based on two forms of CSW remote service registration and discovery interface the GISRC and other GIS applications registered resource sharing and interoperability. Finally, the paper established the GISRC portal experimental system verified the theories and methods of this paper, and created the GIServices providers and consumers are two types of client, to achieve the integration of other GIS / GIServices applications with GISRC portal sharing and interoperability.
