Abstract


Informal Finance has been one focus of attention . With the arrival of the economic crisis , the importance of non-formal financial again present in people's eyes. Of non- formal financial research has related to the concept , causes, impacts and trends in various angles. Analysis of the various angles and find non-formal financial grasp the development trend of non- formal financial strategies adopted are more focused and practical significance. Non-formal financial development direction there are three: the demise , maintain the status quo , and regularization . In this paper, Coase interaction analysis methods, institutional change theory and game theory interest group demonstrated the importance of non- formal financial regularization and possibilities . From the non- formal financial regularization of the major stakeholders external point of view, non-formal financial normalization with social costs are minimized with the principle of maximizing social benefits . From various stakeholders in the informal financial fame as the main tendencies of economic point of view, is the formalization of informal finance various stakeholders for their own interests after the selection . On the one hand huge profits subject to actively promote non-formal financial normalization , on the other hand other stakeholders for pressure , interests, and also to consider their own strength to support its formalization . This allows to reach a consensus with the two main possibilities. \Finally, the new Village informal finance the development of a specific example described in the promotion of non-formal financial role in the process of economic development , non-formal financial ultimate road , as well as its development of what we can do on the road .
