Abstract


Google Earth research-based interface on Google Earth and KML label study of language , to determine the feasibility of development based on Google Earth , the model developed based on Google Earth and 3G integration , and through the pipeline inspection system carried achieved . Based on Google Earth and 3G integration model developed by a useful exploration of the problem to be solved and development process are discussed, and a complete set of development processes . This article describes the main idea of the ArcGIS vector data to KML conversion , the conversion method , and program implementation . Vector data to Google Earth and GIS vector data analysis , summed up both similarities and differences , to establish the configuration database and a seven-parameter conversion method to establish the model of points, lines and data conversion , GIS vector data space accurate conversion of the information and the attribute information , making the KML data after conversion has more expressive force . Windows API to obtain the window handle of the Google Earth client application is hidden in the background , and the map display window is embedded into the program , and custom formed a custom user control , and enables developers to become more convenient . The conclusions of this work are: Google Earth controls its foreground interaction , the COMAPI use their background communication developed . By summarizing the complex and rigorous relationship between KML many tags , object-oriented thinking , interfaces and base classes forms packaged as KML KML label language class , the KML file generation and control for easier operation . Finally, through the design of pipeline inspection system based on Google Earth and 3G integrated development of methods and theories validated , and the results are summarized and .
