Abstract


The high-level China-EU economic and trade dialogue following the Sino-US strategic and economic dialogue mechanism, the Sino-Japanese high-level economic dialogue between China and other countries or organizations to establish a strategic dialogue. The dialogue focused on the EU economic and trade between the strategic, long-term and programmatic issues. In the context of the financial crisis, trade protectionism in Europe, highlighting the China-EU economic and trade frictions. Therefore, from the beginning to establish high-level China-EU economic and trade dialogue assume strengthen communication, enhance mutual trust and coordination between the economic and trade problems and conflicts, and promote bilateral economic and trade cooperation, and work together to deal with the important task of the crisis. This is the direct dialogue established. The underlying causes of the dialogue established what is it? Dialogue is established according to the Chinese proposal, then the starting point of China's then what is it? Better long to play the role of dialogue, dialogue can use what theoretical guidance it? recent years, China has proposed the international strategy of peaceful development. So, both what contact it? Road of peaceful development requires various levels of cooperation relations established between China and the developed capitalist countries, in order to properly handle trade between each other friction, which won for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics time, resources and opportunities. On the other hand, in dealing with the economic and trade issues, the road of peaceful development and pursues a peaceful cooperation, and the principle of mutual benefit and win-win and common development. Trade deficit, market access, intellectual property protection, market economy status, and the anti-dumping and other issues between the EU and the structural contradictions and problems, therefore, these problems and the solution of the contradiction, in terms of time, not one or two years. to solve; solve the ways of speaking, is not the best to cover the whole range of existing functional economic and trade dialogue mechanism. Thus, a higher level than other mechanisms, more long-term, the establishment of the strategic economic dialogue mechanism is necessary. The high-level China-EU economic and trade dialogue between China-EU Leaders' Summit dialogue mechanism at the bureau level functional economic dialogue mechanism, the formation of a strategic convergence. Strategic economic and trade dialogue, high-level economic and trade dialogue to implement the common will of the Chinese and EU leaders committed to developing constructive and cooperative relations; under, with medium-and long-term nature of the function of the low-level economic and trade dialogue consultations strategic thinking, political guidance and impetus. Based on the analysis of high-level China-EU economic and trade dialogue to resolve the problems and achievements, and that the EU-China High Level Economic and Trade Dialogue reflects the peace between EU trade and economic cooperation, the principle of mutual benefit and win-win and common development, which is consistent with the basic connotation of the road of peaceful development. In the road of peaceful development under the guidance of the theory, the high-level China-EU economic and trade dialogue in the development process will better promote China-EU economic and trade between the problems and contradictions resolved to take better care of each other's concerns, to better play in the economic and trade cooperation in Central Europe role.
