Abstract


At first, introduce history of the land supervising system. The existing land illegal phenomenon is summarized. Based on this, propose the land illegal phenomenon discovery mechanism. Summarize the spatial data and the non-spatial data which needs in the land supervising. Propose a solution for multi-coordinate system spatial data organization based on metadata. Carry on the demand analysis, the system design and the functional design of the land supervising information system; propose system technical roadmap and the deployment. Discusses in detail how to recognition land illegal phenomenon using discovering mechanism in system. Propose a kind of improved three-tier distribute structure for GIS application system. According to this structure, implement the application system. Introduce how to develop the multi-tier structure in the GIS application system, and how to use the .NET enterprise service in the GIS application system.
