Abstract


Recently years, as the development of the national economy and the improvement of our troops’ automation level, vehicle were widely used in droops and folks as a traffic tool. But, faced with the extremely complicated traffic net and the low transportation efficiency, the requirement of ITS(Intelligent Transportation System) from users of folks and droops is increasingly day by day. Especially users from droops, they hope to raise our fight efficiency by IMTS(Intelligent military Transportation System).But what the key problem we faced on our development of ITS is we are lack of the high precision electronic traffic map which can meet the precision requirement. In order to get such high precision electronic map data, we must survey all the roads on the spot and the cost will be sky-high, if we do not have an advanced, precision assuring, high-speed survey means, it is inconceivable and unpractical. This is the basic reason of such situation.Aim at this present condition, based on lucubrating and analysis the present condition of data collection of national and international, we put forward a road information collection and updating method based on vehicle GPS, and used it in the project of national road net survey successfully. The fulfillment proves this method has so many advantage such as a high accuracy, a short period, a low cost etc.Based on the present condition, this article proves the feasibility of the method, studies and fulfills the design of logical frame, data model, function model of this problem, and studies and elaborates the design and achievement of high-precision GPS model, visual navigation and data collecting model, data disposal and quality controlling model. The main contents are as the following:(1) Based on studying the basic conception of GPS and the rationale of GPS positioning, designing the differential positioning model of the system, improving the traditional differential algorithm, adopting the calculate method of carrier phase smoothing pseudorange and getting the high precision position data, applying the robustified adaptive Kalman filter method raised by YuanXi Yang successfully and solving the stability problem of the data while the vehicle changing its status suddenly.(2) Analyzing the flaw of the current GPS data collection, and putting forward an attributes collection model based on visual navigation. Analyzing and implementing the GPS serial communication based on VC++, implementing a new model of road data collection.(3) According to the characteristic of road data collected by GPS, designing and implementing the data disposal and quality controlling model. This model have the functions of data fusion, visual editor, data topology and quality check, all this functions not only meet the control requirement geometry precision, attributes precision and logical consistency of data, but also have high intelligent level.(4) Describing the characteristic of the system software and its application result in project, prospecting its the application foreground, and analyzing and evaluating the data precision. It is proved that the application of this method contributes a lot in obtaining high precision electronics traffic maps data, accelerates us to set up the progress of digital china, and promote the national infrastructure construction.The article summarizes and prospects the foreground of vehicle GPS road data collecting and updating, and gives some suggestions for improving the map data collecting and updating.
