Abstract


The family business as the world's most universal significance of the form of business organization , has a pivotal position in the world economy . After the reform and opening up , China's family business rapid development and great achievements made ??remarkable , reflecting the familial form of business organization in the institutional advantages ; family business existence of their own system of property rights and governance structures to the drawbacks of constraints further development and growth of the family business to become the pressing issues facing the development of China 's family business . Therefore , we propose the direction of development of the family business in China to the establishment of a modern family enterprise system , the advantages of both traditional family system and modern enterprise system in one, the option open , open up the posts financial and opening up , strengthen the family business culture construction . This article focuses on the theoretical research and empirical analysis , based on the actual case of a typical representative of the family business of listed companies , Xinhua specific enterprises to achieve the \structural adjustment , improve personnel recruitment system , and enhance information disclosure system , and to establish an equity incentive mechanism in order to achieve long-term sustainable development of the family business .
